Return and Refund Policy
Right of Return (15 days)
You have a period of 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a product return, without needing to justify the reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
Conditions for accepting a return
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with its original packaging, all its components, and include proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, you must contact us in advance via email:
Indicating the order number and reason for the return.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or there is a shipping error, return costs will be borne by the customer, regardless of the country from which the return is made.
Product Warranty (30 days)
We offer a 30-day commercial warranty from the receipt of the order to cover manufacturing defects or damaged products.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or incorrect handling.
Damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you must contact us within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving the order so that we can assess the case and offer you an appropriate solution at no additional cost.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for the following items:

Refunds
Once the return is received and reviewed, we will inform you if the refund has been approved.
If approved, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used, within a maximum of 10 business days from the approval of the refund.
Banks or card issuers may take a few additional days to reflect the amount.
