Return Policy – Tulight

At Tulight, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer an extended return policy, always complying with current regulations in Spain and the European Union.

Return Periods

You have two types of deadlines to request a return:

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with European Union regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from receipt of the order, without needing to provide a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

  • The product must be in good condition
  • Preferably in its original packaging
  • With all its accessories

2. Extended Commercial Policy (up to 90 days)

Additionally, Tulight offers an extended return period of up to 90 days from receipt of the order, only if the product has not been opened or used.

To qualify for this policy:

  • The packaging must be completely sealed and untampered with
  • The product must be in perfect condition for resale

⚠️ If the package has been opened, only the legal 14-day period will apply.


General Return Conditions

To accept a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Unused
  • With tags (if any)
  • In its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase will be required

How to Initiate a Return

Returns will not be accepted without prior request.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Or incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Products that can deteriorate quickly
  • Hygiene or personal use items once opened
  • Hazardous materials

Returns are also not accepted for:

  • Sale products
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, you must:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you if it has been approved
  • If applicable, the refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • The estimated timeframe is up to 10 business days

Please note that your bank may take longer to reflect the amount.
